These Terms of Service govern your use of HappyHr.Me, including our happy-hour directory, venue claim tools, owner plans, and related services. By using the site or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these terms.
1. What HappyHr.Me provides
HappyHr.Me is an online directory and marketing platform that helps people discover happy-hour and similar time-limited food and drink promotions. We do not operate the listed venues, sell food or alcohol, make reservations on a venue’s behalf, or guarantee that a venue will honor a listed promotion.
2. Listing accuracy
We work to keep listings current, but happy hours can change without notice. Users should confirm important details with the venue before traveling or purchasing. A “Verified” label reflects HappyHr.Me’s review of available sources or information; it is not a guarantee of future availability.
3. Venue claims
Venue representatives may request control of an existing listing. We may require reasonable evidence that the requester is authorized to represent the venue. We may deny or revoke a claim if ownership or authority cannot be verified.
4. Paid owner plans and sponsored placement
Pro and Featured plans are recurring monthly subscriptions. Paid placement, enhanced presentation, and sponsored visibility are marketing features only. Payment never causes an unverified happy hour to become “Verified.” Featured placement is clearly labeled as sponsored and is activated only after the venue claim has been reviewed and the subscription is active.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful information.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it abusively, bypass access controls, or impersonate another person or business.
- Venue owners are responsible for ensuring promotions they submit are lawful and accurately described.
6. Intellectual property
HappyHr.Me owns its original site design, branding, software, and editorial presentation. Venue names, trademarks, menus, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Third-party services
The site may link to venue websites, reservation providers, maps, rideshare services, advertisers, or other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
HappyHr.Me is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from outdated venue information, third-party services, venue closures, changed prices, travel decisions, or indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the site or these terms as the service evolves. We may suspend accounts or listings that violate these terms or create risk for users or HappyHr.Me.
